Master HO JUN KIM (5th Dan) trained with Bournemouth & Christchurch Taekwondo Clubs for 1 year whilst Studying English in Bournemouth (UK). He also helped establish a new club in the area with Louise and Matthew Pike. (Click here for more details of the new club)

Master Kim (5th Dan) has been training in Taekwondo for over 15 years. He studied Sports Science and Majored in Taekwondo at In-Je University in Pusan, Korea. He was Korean middle school and high school national champion as well as police area champion whilst doing his national service.

He is an exceptionally talented Taekwondo player and a great friend. He taught us many new skills whilst he was here. Since returning to Korea this summer (2003) he has set up his own Taekwondo school (also called Bournemouth Taekwondo club). Soon we plan to set up exchange programs between Bournemouth Taekwondo Korea and Bournemouth Taekwondo UK.
