Club Information

Dorset Taekwondo Association is the collective name for the WTF Taekwondo clubs in Bournemouth, Christchurch, & Poole area. Most of the Clubs were first started by Master Keith Evans back in the mid/late 80's. Many of them are now run by other Black Belt instructors.

The Association has approximately 200 students ranging from beginners to 3rd Dan Assistant instructors.

Politics

The Association is a Full Member of the British Taekwondo Control Board (BTCB), members of th British Tae Kwon Do Council (BTC); and honouree members of The Pan American Tae Kwon Do Union.

The Association tries not to get involved in organisational politics and welcomes all Tae Kwon Do practitioners and beginners alike. We strive to learn from all Tae Kwon Do associations making friends and training with all those who welcome us.

Qualifications of Instructors

All the Instructors below are very highly qualified. As well as years of experience teaching taekwondo, they have all complete a BTC instructors courses.
