Chungdokwan International Referee Course December 2002, Hong Kong

The two day intense course was taught by 3 WTF International referees including Master Rose from America, Master Leveaux from Australia, and Master Lau from HongKong. After the practical examination Grandmaster Park announced that Master Naraine had come top of the class!
